GOLD POWDER, FRUIT AND SALT FLAKES. THE TASTE OF LUXURY.

Ingredients

  1. Fruit jelly to taste (preferably spray)
  2. Edible gold powder to taste
  3. 20g toffee mou topping
  4. Salt flakes to taste
  5. 6g pralined peanuts
  6. 1 Brazil recommended espresso coffee (25ml)
  7. 55g cold-frothed milk
  8. Cocoa powder to taste
  9. 1 cinnamon stick
  10. 1 star anise

Instructions

Pour the fruit jelly onto the bottom of the glass together with the gold powder. Add the toffee mou topping, salt flakes and half of the previously crumbled pralined peanuts. Make an espresso and pour it into the glass. Add the cold-frothed milk. Dust as desired with cocoa and a pinch of gold powder. Garnish with the remaining crumbled peanuts, the salt flakes, cinnamon stick and star anise.
